Strictly No Party

• Zero-tolerance policy for parties or loud noise. Security may evict guests with no refund.

No Drinking in Common Areas

• Alcohol consumption outside the apartment is prohibited. Building penalties may apply.

No Smoking or Vaping

• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  If smoke from cooking triggers the alarm, open the balcony door & windows, and use the bathroom exhaust fans.
  Do NOT open the apartment door to the hallway — it triggers the building alarm automatically.

No Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

Lost Keys

• Lost keys or access passes incur a $250 replacement fee. Please keep keys safe.

Baby Cot

• Cot use is $10/night.
  Notify at least 1 day in advance for preparation.
